Teach to not trade morals for goals

Life is full of choices. Sometimes, children want so much to be popular and part of the “in crowd,” that they trade their moral values to reach their goal. The research shows that children and adults who trade their morals for their goals aren’t really happy. They know inside that they are not living up to their true selves.

Help children learn that true happiness comes from doing the right thing always.

Have a great day. You are a difference maker.

I am moving into the position of Center Director that holds over 100 children. In this transitional period I am finding that many are not providing children with a solid foundation. I have been having to make some hard coices and not making many friends. I believe in my heart that I am doing these things for THE CHILDREN. That is who i pledged my heart and mind to when I became a teacher. They are the ones who know I am doing the right thing. Reading your message today really helped my morning go along easier and ease my mind that I AM doing it for the children and they are the ones who truly see it.
