Drink lots of water. On days you have to focus better, drink even more water. It flushes out your system, and is a huge source of vitality, and it’s free.

Your messages are like water for our profession. Teachers are the difference makers. Because we care some much for the students, parents and the education we are providing them we do sometimes forget to do the simplest things for ourselves. We need to take care of ourselves so we can care for the students in our care. I plan to drink water (to life).
